"Just to put on record my total pleasure in hearing the Hastings Sinfonia Orchestra.
It has been going now for 11 years and each concert is better than the last.
It is an orchestra of outstanding versatility and virtuosity and often quite takes my breath away. It has certainly given a great boost to the cultural life of Hastings.
The music chosen is always accessible, never esoteric or pretentious and we have heard several virtuoso performances by extremely talented young musicians that will never be forgotten.

Long may this orchestra thrive.
